SCBDA State Marching Contest

7:30 a.m.   -         Band room open

7:45 a.m.   -         Band reports to band room (wear what you have under your uniform)

8:15 a.m.   -         Band in bandroom- uniforms/hatboxs will go under the bus you are riding on

8:30 a.m.   -         Depart Greer for Batesburg-Leesville

9:30 a.m.   -         Restroom stop in transit- VENDING MACHINES ARE OFF LIMITS!

11:00 a.m. -         Arrive at Batesburg-Leesville

12:05 p.m. -        Depart bus area for warm up area

12:15 p.m. -        Warm up

1:00 p.m.   -        Full group pre-performance meeting

1:10 p.m.   -        Depart for gate

1:20 p.m.   -        Arrive at gate

1:30 p.m.   -       PERFORMANCE

1:55 p.m.   -        Pack equipment/ Remain in uniform minus hat and instrument

2:30 p.m.   -        Chaperones will lead students to concessions area, then to the visitor's side to watch remaining bands

3:20 p.m.   -        Students move into position for awards. All 17 bands will be on the field for the awards ceremony

4:00 p.m.   -        Awards

4:45 p.m.   -        Depart for Greer

7:00 p.m.   -        Arrive at Greer/ unload/ properly store uniforms and equipment

Once everything is put up, we will hold a meeting discussing the night!!!!!

Everyone is to remain until Mr.Norman dismisses you!!!!

7:45 p.m.   -        GO HOME!!!!!

Admission:  Adults (18 and over) …...$7.00

      Students………... ……… $5.00

***Students will need to bring money to go to the concession stands after our performance.
